We have watched too many companies pay for two projects that should have been one: a strategy from a firm that does not build, then a build from a firm that does not understand the business. We exist to close that gap. Every recommendation we make, we are prepared to implement. Every system we build serves a business goal we can name.
We also believe trust is a feature. We work inside our clients' financials, contracts, and operations. Security, confidentiality, and careful governance are not services we sell. They are conditions of how we work.

Vid works at the intersection of operations, finance, and technology. He specializes in value chain transformation, redesigning how companies operate through technology, data, and processes.
Before founding OBC, he spent more than a decade at PwC on billion dollar Fortune 500 transformations, and co-founded a startup whose fashion runway game passed a million plays. He holds a law degree from Harvard Law School.
